Rules and Regulations For Parents

  1. Please note, each and every teacher working in our school is responsible to manage your child, you must respect other teachers in addition to the class teachers.
  2. You must be in descent dress code while picking and dropping your child to school.No shorts, nightwear, or any form of obscene cloths while visiting the school campus.
  3. You must wash and press your child`s uniform at least once in a week. Untidy and unclean clothes are not allowed inside the premises.
  4. Use of foul language is not acceptable anywhere in the School premises. School holds the right to deny to serve you in case you disrespect any of our staff members.
  5. You should not enter the class rooms directly to receive your ward instead, you may wait in the school ground at the dispersal time and then inform the class teacher before taking your child home.
  6. Change in address, telephone number or any personal information required by the school must be informed to the school. Please note, school van facility cannot be provided to the changed address.
  7. You are not permitted to meet teachers during school hours. However, in case of emergency , you may do so only after obtaining permission from HM or Principal.
  8. Parents are responsible if their ward brings any objectionable books, magazines, pictures other than the educational material.
  9. Your ward should not wear or carry gold or any other valuable items, in case if your ward lost any such items, school is not responsible.
  10. Mobile phone is not allowed inside the school campus unless it is permitted from the principal (only in emergencies?.If we find any student using mobile phone , it will be confiscated and a heavy fine will be imposed.
  11. Criticising any of our staff in presence of a child must be scrupulously avoided as it causes students to lose respect for their teacher which will eventually disturb the education.
  12. You should strictly avoid taking your child away from the school during school hours for flimsy reasons.
  13. You must return any object brought by your child from the school that does not belong to him / her.
  14. Refrain from giving regular pocket money to your ward, instead encourage healthy home cooked food , fruits, vegetables, nuts etc.
  15. You must acknowledge any form of communication, notice, or circular sent from the school in the parents communication column provided in the Almanac.
  16. Please use the “Leave Record” form provided in the diary when you want to applying for leave. Kindly avoid surprise leaves with no solid reason.
  17. Avoid sending lunch boxes/ notebook of your ward in the middle of school hours unless it is absolutely necessary.
  18. Strictly no meat, or “JUNK FOODS” inside the campus.
  19. School diary must be checked and signed daily ads this will help us to keep a constant communication between the class teacher which in turn helps in the progress in the overall development of your child.
  20. You should make sure that, your child carries the required text books, class works and home works along with the school diary without fail.
  21. All parents are requested to enter the office only after making an entry in the visitors register available at our office.
  22. Avoid calling the teachers though phone after office hours, you may send a message through our school app in case you have any doubts.
  23. Make sure your child finishes home work by self, you may assist in doing so if, he/she requires some guidance. If your child repeatedly submit the work lately, it should be communicated clearly to the class teacher with a proper reason.
  24. For the best results all parents must motivate and support their children , and establish a proper study environment.
  25. Make sure your child comes to school daily with appropriate attire (uniform), ID card, and shoes, fine is applicable for non-compliance of dress code.
  26. We would like to serve you better in a peaceful manner hence parents must maintain proper rapport with our staff.
  27. In case of any discrepancies related to your child , you must communicate with the class teachers first only then,you can contact HM/Principal only if it is absolutely necessary.
  28. All PTMs should be attended without fail. his will help us to discuss the progress and suggestions for improvement of your child.
  29. Teachers can meet parents only on appointment which will be fixed as per the teacher’s availability in her/his daily schedule.
  30. Parents/Guardians must respond to the phone calls from the school positively

Special Information to the parents of Montessori Students

  1. Please pick up your ward on-time as they are too young to make them wait.
  2. Parents are requested to send only the required quantity of snacks or lunch.
  3. Avoid sending your child to school if he or she is suffering from any form of infectious diseases as it can spread to others. If your child has a known history of communicable disease, it must be informed to the class teacher or Principal.
  4. All complaints and grievances must be addressed patiently with the class teacher or the principal.
  5. Parent must send two napkins, a spoon and a water bottle (preferably boiled and cooled water) which is duly labelled.
  6. Child should be potty trained. Wetting or soiling in school can affect his /her attitude and confidence.
  7. If your child is uneasy and feels like vomiting, please send a spare dress in the child’s bag.
  8. Please be good and cooperate with our care-takers, who assist the teacher with classroom management and basic care of your child.
  9. Provide all the necessary things for classroom activities of your child.
  10. Never forget to spend some time with your kid asking about the day at school.
  11. Parents are completely responsible until the child is handed over to the school staff, hence avoid dropping them at the school gate

    Information to the parents of primary and higher-primary grades

    • Make sure your child is disciplined and stick to the school rules.
    • It is the duty of patents to closely watch the study habits of their child.
    • 100% of attendance in mandatory ,however, student can obtain leave by submitting medical records if he/she suffers from sickness.
    • Make sure your child attends all the special classes, additional classes and silly excuses are not allowed.
    • Make sure your son should have close cut hair style, nails are trimmed. Strictly no fancy rings to ears, fancy bangles to hands, torn jeans, shorts or casuals.
    • Girls should not have streaked hair and fancy hairstyles. Hair should be plaited, no nail polish or mehendi.
    • Neatly washed and pressed attire (uniform) is absolutely necessary.
    • Please see that your child devotes sufficient time to complete his assignments and revise the daily lessons at home.
    • The school believes in the discipline and in firmness. In breach of the school discipline and rules, the school reserves the right to expel student whose conduct is harmful to other students.
    • Parents are advised not to give pocket money very often to their children.
    • It is not advisable to bring valuable articles like expensive watches, fountain pen, laptops, I-pod, calculators and jewellery to school. In case of any loss, the authorities will try their best to trace the item, but not undertake any responsibility for the same.
    • Parents must consult the School Calendar, Date Sheets and other circulars instead of making enquiries on the phone.
    • Make sure you will provide all the additional equipment and stationary (apart from stationary given by the school). Regularly check that your child brings geometry, charts, graphs, drawing articles etc.
    • Make sure your child commutes safely and communicate with the class teacher or HM for any delay of your child in reaching back home due to extended classes.

    Rules and Regulations For Students

    1. All students are expected to greet their school teachers when they meet them whether they actually teach them or not.
    2. Bullying, lying, use of abusive and foul language, rowdy or violent behaviour in any form are punishable offences. If found, strict action will be initiated.
    3. Be well groomed, cut short your nails, brush your teeth and take bath before coming to the school.
    4. You must sit quietly during class hours and listen to the classes properly.
    5. You must get your diaries signed by the class teachers and cross signed by the parents daily.
    6. No students should come to the classes without finishing the home works. In case of any pending works, you must finish them during free times and get it checked by the teachers.
    7. Students are responsible to regularly submit your works and get it corrected by the subject teachers. HM /Principal can cross check them surprisingly anytime.
    8. No fancy rings, bangles, nail polish, lipstick, gold ornaments for girls inside the campus.
    9. All boys must come with proper hair cut (school cut) , no fancy hair dressing, hair colour or any form of heroic styling in hair.
    10. The school uniform must be properly washed, pressed( ironed) regularly. Color dress is allowed only for birthdays or traditional occasions.
    11. Under no conditions a student is permitted to bring a mobile telephone/smart watches to the school. If confiscated, it will not be returned.
    12. All students must be regular, and on-time. Examinations will be withheld if a student is REGULARLY IRREGULAR.
    13. All students must use the school resources responsibly. You must remember to close the taps in the washing sinks and restrooms, and switch of fans/ lights after use.
    14. Students must strictly adhere to the time table, in case if the teacher is busy with other activities students must engage themselves in home works and other academic activities.
    15. Senior students must help juniors and treat them with humbleness.
    16. Changing of classrooms between periods should be done in an orderly manner and silently. Students should not unnecessarily leave their class at the end of every period.
    17. Avoid asking for a toilet in the middle of a period, instead make use of the short break available after each period.
    18. Mobiles, CDs, Pen Drives, laptops or any other form of smart gadgets are not allowed inside the premises, if they are brought, they will be confiscated.
    19. Lending or borrowing of money or other articles is not allowed.
    20. In case if a student has brought pocket money, it must be carefully secured by him/her School is not responsible for the loss, theft, damage of the student`s belongings.
    21. Students are expected to respect school property. No student should damage any school furniture, write or draw anything on the walls irregular or in any way damage things belonging to others. Any school property damaged even by accident should be reported at once to the class teacher or to the Principal.
    22. Students are not allowed to bring any kind of object that can cause injury to others.
    23. Students are advised to keep their class room, school building and campus as clean as possible and throw leftovers into the dustbins.
    24. Students must follow strict dress code including uniform, ID cards, shoes, etc.
    25. A student found co-operating or indulging in any act of violence committed by other students which harms any student physically or mentally would also face disciplinary action including permanent expulsion from the school.
    26. No students shall indulge in any of the following practices:
      • Ragging junior students.
      • Spitting in or near the school building.
      • Disfiguring or damaging any school property
      • Smoking or use of any addictive substances.
      • Any form of gambling
      • Use of drugs or intoxicants except on prescription by a regular medical practitioner.
      • Use of violence in any form.
      • Casteism, communalism or practice of untouchability.
    27. The students should not litter the school premises with wrappers, papers or polythene bags.
    28. In case any student violates the school rules or indulges in any form of indiscipline, strict action like suspension or even expulsion FROM THE SCHOOL PERMANENTLY.
