Admission Procedure

The most convenient method is to fill the admission form given under our admissions tab of our website. Please ensure the information and the contact details provided by you is correct so that, our executives will call you back at the earliest.

Steps of Admission

  1. On your first visit, you may discuss about the school background, facilities available, safety for children, fee structure, payment options and discounts if any.
  2. Interact with the Principal or HM directly to sort out any doubts regarding the school.
  3. Provide the age proof of your child. A valid birth certificate is required. Karnataka state government has given strict instructions not to admit children who are too young for the given class.
  4. It is mandatory to submit the required documents before admitting your child. Some of these include, original birth certificate of child, Aadhar card for local/permanent address proof, and 3 passport-size photos.
  5. Once you agree to admit your child, you may need to fill out personal details, academic records, and family contact information. Previous school records and any relevant certificates must be submitted within 28 days from the date of admission.
  6. On confirming the admission, our staff will explain the curriculum, facilities, and teaching team available. You may also discuss your child's previous academic background, interests, specific learning deficits, strengths, and weaknesses.
  7. Our school doesn't charge any form of donations. You need to pay the first instalment for books, uniform, and the admission process. The remaining dues can be paid within 6 months in instalments.
  8. Do not forget to receive the receipt, which must be preserved for future references. Kindly note that the fee must be paid to the school account only. In case you wish to discuss any discounts, it must be sorted at the time of admission itself.
  9. The fee paid is non-refundable under any circumstances. If you wish to discontinue your child's schooling mid-year, you must pay the full fee to receive the TC and NOC.

Documents Required for Admission

  1. Original copy of birth certificate
  2. Photocopies of Aadhaar cards (Student and Parents)
  3. Any one current local address proof (Residential certificate/gas or electricity bill/Ration Card)
  4. Working ID proof from a recognised organization (if any, but not mandatory)
  5. Original TC (transfer certificate) for students taking admission grade 1 and above
  6. Two recent passport-sized photographs

Acceptance of Admission

  1. Students are admitted on a First Come, First Served basis depending on availability.
  2. Admitted candidates must pay the first instalment on the day of admission. However, the seat can be held for 7 days if you have paid the token fee.
  3. In all matters pertaining to admission, the decision of the Admission Committee will be final and subject to change.
